Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the AiiA app and participation in Wear to earn shirt campaigns offered through AiiA Corporation ("we", "us").

1. Campaign participation

Each campaign has its own brief, duration, geography, and payout. By joining, you agree to follow that brief — including wear days and photo proof requirements.

2. Payouts

Stated monthly rates are fixed upfront in the app. Payment is released after required proof is submitted and approved. We may withhold or reverse payment if proof is missing, misleading, or the campaign terms are violated.

3. Your responsibilities

• Keep campaign materials visible for the agreed period.
• Upload honest proof photos on schedule.
• Do not skip wear days or alter branded apparel without campaign approval.
• Follow local advertising laws.

4. Brands & content

Campaign assets remain the property of the brand or AiiA. You may not alter logos or reuse materials outside the approved campaign.

5. Account & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, or repeated failure to meet campaign requirements. You may stop participating between campaigns at any time.
